Into struggle with water intake. Today I have drunk about 1.5 litres. But I feel good when I drink 3 litres a day. But that is a lot of water lol.

I would like to get to 3 litres a day and stick to it.

0.04 multiplied by your weight.

So 0.04 x 50kg = 2 litres.

Lol yes I did mean 1.5L

And yeah that's just during work. I have a 1.5L bottle on my desk at work and ideally I'd like to drink the whole thing while I'm at work.

Right now I haven't filled it up...

I then usually drink another 750ml if I go to the gym, but I don't really measure how much I drink at home.

Ok! Going to fill my bottle up now!

I usually have one glass in the morning when taking tablets, then 1L at work during the day, 2-3 glasses at home at night.

Achievements:
I take a filter bottle to work, and sip that on the way at the stop lights. First thing I do when I get into the office is get a glass of water.

Honestly, I don't really count how much I drink... I just sip throughout the day. I've heard drinking it in big goes isn't great, so just sip and don't stress. Unless you feel tired/dehydrated I think most people are pretty safe.

lol I always feel tired!

I'm not stressed about it, I just know I should be drinking more (for a lot of reasons, not just pregnancy) so I'm trying to make a conscious effort to do so.

The problem I'm having at the moment is that I've got a cold which is making everything taste like poo. Especially water
