Lol! Little steps come before big leaps..

I have just finished my chores and about to head out to the post office. Wow, can't believe how much of a difference accountability makes to my motivation, hehe.

So what are we up to today? I need to do laundry, wash towels, change the kitty litter and do the grocery shopping. Still in bed at the moment though, as I didn't fall asleep til after 1:30am and I'm knackered. But I should get up and fight through the tiredness because I really don't want to waste my day....

I said, I should get up...

    Yeah, that's not gonna happen.

Today going for a massage. Don't do it often but found a fairly cheap place. Also go to the bank. Should try to return the dress today cause that's all I have on.

Interesting, there are not as many SAHWM as I thought??

I think I know at least a couple more SAHWMs in my BH spin-off facebook group, but I don't know how much they come on here anymore, or if they would even notice this thread..

All I've achieved so far today is getting up, getting dressed, brushing and tying back my hair, and consuming toast and coffee. Feeling very "blah" about everything this morning. I can't believe it's 9:30 already.. last night I was hoping that I'd be home from the grocery shopping by now and starting on my other jobs. *sigh*

I'll make myself a promise now that I'll be out the door by 10am.

ETA: Enjoy your massage, that sounds pretty damn good right now!

Massage was great, 60min aromatherapy. Don't think they missed a body part. Had a task from DH to pick up the new windows 8 but bought the wrong one, really how is it possible to screw that up?

Spent the rest of the afternoon watching the new season of Jersey Shore...reality tv is too addictive!

No walk today, but did eat about half a tray of Lindt chocolate...well done to me

Bahaha! Eeeexcellent. I did the grocery shopping, and was surprisingly motivated when I got home... I hung out the washing that I put through while I was out (oops, just realised it's still out there though, lol), changed the kitty litter and filled the cat water and food dispensers, ran the dishwasher (but it still needs emptying), changed and washed the towels, and took the rubbish downstairs. Then I played WoW for hours, lol.

Had a rough moment emotionally earlier tonight involving a smashed jar of pasta sauce on the kitchen floor which took me 45 mins to clean up... Something in me snapped and I just bawled my eyes out surrounded by shards of glass and spattered sauce. *sigh*

Weekend tomorrow, so we don't need to pretend to be productive for two days, lol.

Hope you had a great weekend! Sad news about the shooting, can't believe it.

Today felt down missing our bubs so tried to keep my mind busy. Did some gardening this morning, went for lunch BMS (by myself) then ran a few errands for DH. Made it home in time to cook.

As the holidays get closer and my delivery week draws near makes life so much harder to get through especially with a broken heart. Hope you had a better day.

So sorry to hear you're struggling a bit. It must be so hard, I can't even imagine it.

I had a fairly good day thanks. Did all my housework, then went to the GP to ask about something that's been bothering me. No biggie; got a specialist referral but will wait and see if my symptoms persist before I bother making an appt. I also got my whooping cough vaccination done as I hadn't had a booster before. Then I went for a half jog half walk into the city to meet DH, and I worked out that by the time we got home I'd walked/jogged over 10km!

Tomorrow I'm taking DH to the airport at the crack of dawn as he has an overnight trip to site. Then I'm planning on running a couple of errands, making gingerbread men, and watching my Christmas chick flicks, Love Actually and The Holiday.

What are your plans for today?

Today I'm going to the cemetery, then to counseling. After that might go for a quick dip at the beach. Looking forward to DH having some time off with me for two weeks.

Friends are already booking in birthdays etc. for next year and really don't want to go to any of them
