Ikea has a mini saucepan set ( with a wok and steamer insert and mini utensils!) for $20, I got them when I got his little kitchen from there (one of his Xmas presents)

K mart had a nice toy kitchen in red, grey and black I thought was good unisex and not pinks/purples.
Kmart had pizza, fruit and veg, a tea set and cupcakes.

Ikea had some soft toys, a salmon and vegies it was cute $15,

My lo loves using my wooden spoons and plastic mixing bowls from the $2 shop, cheap muffin tins and old boxes like egg cartons, teabag boxes etc also the kids icecream sunday cups and spoons
