    A big congrats to u on baby Adam hope ur recovery is breezy
    I tore too ill let u in on a secret like us all are a bit scared to poo after v births cause of stitches etc get toilet paper folded and hold it down there on the area of stitches when u poo it lessens the pain alot makes it alot easier then worrying about going everytime glad u got your vbac good work u did well!!!
