Default Look Pregnant, feel it.. but negative HPT

The other alternative is to go to ed in a public hospital and get a free scan

The hospital is a good idea. In Perth we have a womens hospital who would definitely see someone in a situation like yours!! Do you have anything like that near by?

Good luck. I'm crossing my fingers for you!!

Maybe the buzzing feeling the flutter feeling women talk about - I really do hope your pregnant
My mum was 4 months pregnant with me and the Dr refused to do any scans because he said she wasn't - so she continued to take the pill!! That was 30 years ago and in a small country town!!

It really does annoy me when doctors don't believe a person, despite the fact that they can't tell just by looking!!

I really don't want to get my hopes up

There are plenty of walk in medical centers in Sydney. I'm in western Sydney and know a few that will take you straight away. They are bulk billed.
I wouldn't be waiting if I was you if you are not pregnant there could be a serious problem.
I can't believe your doctor is allowing you to wait till Friday.

Have you tried a clear blue digital test. I have a friend that knew she was preg but would not show up on a HPT. Doc did not believe her and would not do any tests at all. She ended up driving an hour out of town to see another doc and he sent her for a scan and there is her little bubba. She just gave birth to her healthy son that the other doctor ignored to acknowledge! I have learnt you just have to be pushy. They can not refuse to give you a referral to get a blood test or ultra sound. Best of luck hun :-)

I wouldn't be waiting either. One say or the other, I'd want to know what's going on, because that is clearly not normal, if you're not pregnant.

A drop in clinic is a good idea. Some have ultrasound places onsite

Like pp j37 says who is a doctor it is important to have scan now rather than later. I am a nurse and work in same hospital as j37 worked in and going to clinic or public hospital would be best. Because this gp sounds like he might just give you a referral for scan which is normally a 2 week wait.

everything I want to say has already been said.

Get to a hospital or walk in medical and demand an ultrasound. Fx it is for a little growing bubba-bean and not anything else.

Get a new doctor. He should not be dismissing you like this.

big hugs and let us know how you go.

Just wanted to show you, I was 4wks pregnant here and very bloated. I was showing very faint lines and at times negative tests. With all three of my pregnancies I had a bleed for the first 2ish weeks. I also got faint lines or negatives until the day AF was due then got a good line.
    Again best of luck.
