    The Jamie Oliver 20 minute meal app on the iphone is a lifesaver. Very quick, healthy recipes.
    My quick dinner recipes are:

    Pasta genovese: boil pasta (egg fettucine has extra protein), throw in 2 chopped potatoes to the same water. 2 mins before it's ready, throw in some green beans. Then drain, add back to pan, and stir through a jar of pesto and some parmesan. Top with basil. Done in 10 mins!

    That sounds yum I have been finding it hard to find quick and healthy meals as I get home from work late alot. We have one take away night a week and I think that's bad enough

    Crumbed fish & frozen chips baked in oven & frozen veg cooked in microwave

    Or

    Rice vermicelli noodles with grated carrot, diced cucumber & some coriander if you have it. Dressing is equal parts sweet chilli sauce, lime juice & a dash of fish sauce

    I haven't done it for ages but u could try a steamed jacket potato with whatever toppings u have available - cheese, coleslaw, tuna, baked beans, sour cream ??!
