So we all have lazy nights where we can't be bothered cooking. I was just wondering what some quick and easy ideas for dinners were? Thanks

Not terribly healthy but I always keep a frozen lasagne in the freezer. Lasagne and salad very little effort required lol others include tuna pasta bake sausages and salad or steak and veg

    Default Ideas!!

We get things like chicken Kiev or skewers from the butcher and then those ready made salad or roast / steam vege packs from woolies... Easy as, chuck it in the oven/microwave and you're done! Fairly healthy too

    Our lazy night dinners are:
    - contintental pack of alfredo pasta, cook as per packet instructions then stir through tuna and corn
    - bbq sausages and salad
    - BLT sandwiches
    - toasted sandwiches
    - chicken burgers (we just use chicken breasts, slice them in half so they're thinner to make them go further and cook quicker)
    - brinner (breakfast for dinner aka baked beans, eggs and bacon)
    - salad + some sort of protein (chicken, steak, boiled egg)

Often I poach a couple of chicken breasts on a "cooking night" then use them throughout the week in salads or on sandwiches, healthier and cheaper than bbq chicken

I always have noodles in the cupboard, the nicer asian ones, not the maggie 2 minute noodles. I will cook up a pack and steam or stirfy some vegies and mix through, delicious and easy! Or an omelette
