Use settings to sign in as the account you want. You won't be able to access any apps/music etc that you've purchased with the account you're no longer using.

Just sign in using the other account. I have 2 accounts, one for my iPhone and iPad and one for my daughters iPod. I have had no issues interchanging between the two on my daughters iPod, and if any apps need updating from the account I'm not logged into it doesn't matter because it still lets me know, and still prompts me to enter the password for the related account.

Open the bought songs into a free song editor program on your computer like audacity (free, I use it for editing my music but it works for this as well), and then save it to a folder on your computer and then sync them to your iPhone/pad/pod.
Then you don't have to worry about switching accounts all the time.
