    Previous weight: 147.7
    Current Weight: 147.4
    Current BMI: 41.7
    Hips: 143cm
    Waist: 119cm
    Chest: 128cm
    Arm (L): 43cm
    Thigh (L): 75cm
    Start cms: 545cm
    Previous cms: 507cm
    Total cms: 508cm

    Hmmm... not a good week for loss. 300g lost and i gained 1cm on my waist.
    Since adding foods back in after my detox i have actually been feeling a bit bloated and my ankles and feet are swollen. I think that something i have added back into my diet is causing me to hold water. My number one suspect is wheat i think so i will try going wheat-free this week and see if that makes a difference to how i feel and to the scales and measuring tape.

    Really that is all we can do regarding diet, short of seeking professional advise: trial and error to work out what works best for us and our individual bodies.

    Hope the other girls had a good week, off to go read the blogs now

    Bah, that sucks hun! I've decided that after this challenge, I'm going to stop weighing in a measuring for awhile, it gets to my head! Personal question I know but is AF due? That would also cause bloating!
