Men can have hormonal issues, too. I always find it amusing that people go on about PMS, because that's when we have the most testosterone... so really it's normal for men to be 'hormonal', too.

Men do have a cycle just like women but theirs is weekly. THe testoterone builds up and the cycle is continued weekly. This is why a good sex life is important to men. It helps with the cycle Ill have to find the link if I can it was on Dr OZ.

    Default Man periods...

DP gets his man rags often lately. They are really annoying me but I think it's all crap from his work treating him like crap.

I don't consider it PMS, I just consider it being a normal human with mood swings and hormonal fluctuations. We all get them and are fully entitled to them.
I get extremely annoyed when hubby tries to blame my emotions on PMS, its so dismissive of my feelings. Thankfully after a long chat he understands and has stopped doing it now.

    This ^^

I too get annoyed when an off mood is blamed on my cycles - maybe, just maybe that person is simply p155ing me off!

    Default Man periods...

My husband has low testosterone and is on medication for it (synthetic hormones)
He has to have a 2 week break every so often...
When he does have his break dd and I run for cover

Gets really upset over things, gets angry over things like toilet paper not being in the right spot, washing not being hung out and getting smelly.. Well if you told me you had put a load on *Shock horror he only puts a load on when he is on a break* then I could of hung it out! I'm not a mind reader

Found it Ill post all the parts because there are lots of good info in them on men and can help us understand them.

I cant get part one to load for me but it should be in that part where it explains the mans cycle and how it restarts day 7 and the testosterone builds up each day to day 7
