Yes! I think that my body temperature has to be warmer than everybody else's in my house. I sleep with no covers on in as minimal clothing as possible with the fan on. DH has said several times its not as hot as I think it is. We have just had a couple of 40 degree days where I thought I was going to melt I'm very greatful for the cool change that came through last night!!!

Default Do you feel hotter than usual when pregnant??

    definitely me too!
first pregnancy was during winter & that was awesome! but these last 2 during summer stinks. I have to ask clients whether they have air con cause I've been known to faint :/
it's the extra blood volume & flow

Oh thank goodness I'm not alone! I am usually slightly hotter then my husband, but lately I can't sleep because I'm so hot! If DH even touches me or breathes on me, I push him away subconsciously (which he tells me every morning).

I feel like I'm constantly 5 degrees hotter then everyone else!

Yep day before yesterday I was in Sydney and even in 20 degree air con I was sweating. The day before that Newcastle was 36 degrees and I was sitting in my underpants with two fans on me and still sweating. AHHHHHHH

its awful isn't it! I've got a fan on my desk at work and am constantly 'sticky'. My DH has to check what our DD is wearing as I can't tell if its an actual hot day or just me being hot AND the space between boobs and belly is overheating constantly ;o)

Yep. Anyone who has become pregnant via charting their BBT (basal body temperature) will have learnt that your resting temperture is significantly higher when pregnant than when not. So it's definitely normal to feel hotter
