My husband and I lost our five and a half year old daughter in May this year because of an asthma attack. We have a beautiful two year old son who is missing his sister so very much. Whilst no baby will EVER replace Sian, we desperately want to give Dane a sibling to grow up with.
I am nearly 43 and my husband is 52, so I know our chances are slim. We conceived in late June, but sadly miscarried on August 18th. Just before I conceived, I had an Ovarian Reserve Test done which came back as <1, so I know that's not good news. On Friday I had the Day 2 FSH level done and it has come back as 18.4 I know from my reading that that is a pretty high level and my chances of conceiving are virtually nil, aren't they???
