B6 vitamins! I asked my doctor what I can take to help ease my nausea... And this is what she recommended. I went to the chemist where the naturopath pointed me in the direction of a morning sickness vitamin (of B6). It has definitely made a difference. I take one vitamin three times a day (as recommended) and my nausea has improved quite a bit. It hasn't gone completely, but is more bearable.
