Too many times to count. Also a mandatory reporter. If you're wondering if you should report, then you probably should.

I haven't called them myself but at my old job a client gave me cause for concern so I set the ball rolling by elevating it to my manager who made the call.

Have you ever reported someone to DOCS?
I think it's important to remember that the children and families you may be reporting to Docs have a right to privacy and so you may never know what actions if any are taken by Docs.
I'm surprised reading so many "docs did nothing" comments. Really you don't know that. Your not privy to that information.

Have you ever reported someone to DOCS?
I called DHS on my ex's housemates. DHS was already involved with them though. The child is now in foster care and the mother is in mental health rehabilitation. I just hope it helps.

Have you ever reported someone to DOCS?
Yes, once, one of my best friend's.
Was a dhs worker and I in a room, just wrote down all of my concerns.
As it was the first report against her they just called and discussed the concerns I raised (in a general way to not identify me) she talked to them and nothing further was done.
There was no immediate concerns for the child's safety so there was nothing they could do.
It was the last resort after many many attempts to get through to her. She did change after that.
