Luckily the pains have died off this afternoon! Or at least keeping dosed up on Mersyndol is working for me. It's usually CD2 for me that is absolutely awful (let me just check I don't have appendicitis awful) and then it eases up. I will go lightly for tonight's Rush workout, though, mostly because I'm feeling dopey now lol! I'm feeling a million times better than this morning but not 100% yet, maybe 80%.
