    Previous weight: 149.7
    Current Weight: 148.6
    Current BMI: 42.0
    Hips: 145cm
    Waist: 119cm
    Chest: 129cm
    Arm (L): 44cm
    Thigh (L): 76cm
    Start cms: 545cm
    Previous cms: 519cm
    Total cms: 513cm

    Not the big loss i was hoping for this week but 1.1kg and 6cm is still okay.
    Although i have been "eating clean" (natural, unprocessed) as much as possible i haven't been tracking calorie intake or being very careful with my portion sizes so that will be my focus this week.
    My digestive system still feels a bit sluggish so i think i will do a gentle de-tox for 7 days to try and get things functioning better. So that means in addition to my unprocessed, natural menu i will have no red meat, no dairy and no wheat for 7 days. I have done it before and it always leaves me feeling fresh and bouncy.

    I am still loving the Zumba workouts. I even managed to sneak in a second workout yesterday. Definitely don't have the time to do that very often and there are things i should have been doing instead but i just really really wanted to do the Mix DVD, knowing that we have so far stuck with Activate for my Tuesday night Zumba with friends sessions.

    As promised, i got hubby to take a half-way point photo last night and i am so glad that i did. When i look in the mirror i haven't been noticing much of a change because i am still the same shape and there is still way too much of me. BUT when i look at last night's pic next to the one taken on day one of the challenge, i can see that i have in fact shrunk! So those friends and family that have been telling me they can see a difference weren't just being nice after all!
