    Default Freezing packet mix

Can anyone tell me if you have had success freezing packet mix cakes?

I want to freeze a cake that I have made in a zigzaw butterfly to cut the edges.

    Thanks,

    Di

Yes, I have frozen cakes from scratch, packet mixes and pre-made ones all with no problem.
