    Default Fitness DVD recommendations?

    Can anybody recommend any aerobic and strength fitness dvds that I can do at home with minimal equipment? (not zumba or dancing ones though)

    The classes I enjoy at the gym are pump, step, body attack, body combat and pilates.

    I will have a mat, fit ball and an aerobic step with risers, and can buy some small weights.

    I have googled and there are heaps of step dvds but not sure which ones are good.

    I love Lindsay Brin's Moms into Fitness DVDs. They are pretty hardcore, 10 minute segments of 10 exercises for 1 minute each. Nice and simple, no fancy steps just hard bloody work. All you need is some hand weights.
    I also still really enjoy Tae Bo, the one I have uses a step but I've never done it with a step as I'm not fit enough.

    I <3 the Michelle Bridges triple pack (Super Shredder Circuit, Seek and Destroy Cardio Kicker and Tight, Toned and Terrific).

    Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred is a good one, combines cardio/strength/ab workout and has 3 levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced).

    Also the Turbo Fire HIIT workouts are good for high calorie burn.

    Davina - power of 3 and also her 30 minute workouts are really good!

    I just bought The Michelle bridges 3 pack online.. Havnt started yet.
    Has anyone got real results doing these home ones? Did u do them daily?

    When I used to do Davina to lose weight for my wedding it worked really well. Haven't done them recently but am about to start again.

    I've just finished a Jillian Michaels workout - they are hard but so worthwhile. I feel great.

    Pisang, I lost 20kg last year doing workout dvds at home (incl Michelle Bridges) 3-4 times a week and watching what I eat. As long as you do them regularly and have a healthy diet I think they work and really help to tone all over your body.

    If you have foxtel on discovery health at 8am they have a areobic workout i think its called allstars workout.

    I've always wondered how effective they are, think I need to start!
