So I stepped on the scales with some dread this morning to see how much damage I did yesterday. To my delight and surprise, I've only "gained" 300 grams from my day off and treat meals.
I decided, though, that to kick-start my week I would not do Rush/Fitness Party today but Fitness Party/Exhilarate instead which will give me a nice boost to my calorie burn for a Sunday! The fitness party was awesome, it was great seeing all those people in the stadium doing the Exhilarate workout! Also, the Zumba kid was amazing! She brought a smile to my face, how adorable!
I wouldn't recommend doing this workout until you know Exhilarate quite well which, luckily I do lol! It's pretty much like doing Exhilarate on Feel It mode and the party doesn't stop! I had to pause a few times to catch my breath and my husband was in making his breakfast during some of it and laughed at me. I told him that I don't care if he thinks I look stupid, I'm having fun and I'm losing weight!
I feel like a whole new person already and I love who I'm becoming. I have faith that I will well and truly hit my goal for this challenge of 77.5kgs at the end in fact, I think I might shoot for 75kgs now which was the weight I was at my wedding in 2011. It'll mean that I'll have lost about the same amount of weight as I did for the wedding, only this time to get there I'm doing it in a healthy way and not by staving myself!
