Default Is there anything I can do for reassurance?

    Hi everyone,

I'm a bit worried today. I'm 8w1d and I've had some cramps for the last 24 hours on and off that have been a bit more intense than the ones I've been experiencing here and there.

My MS and sore breasts are also pretty non-existent today.

I had an ultrasound 2 days ago that showed everything looking great, and a heartbeat of 163bpm.

Is there anything I can do to check if all is well? Or do I just need to cross my fingers and wait it out?

    TIA

In my experience you get stretching pains in the first trimester and your symptoms can come and go.

Unless your cramping is really severe or accompanied by bleeding try not to worry.

I felt the same as you but I'm now 20+3 with a healthy baby girl.
