    I was on the The pill and fell but I was underweight and put on about 10 kgs and that I think is what did it for me

    Actually I just remembered DH took zinc as well, as suggested by my acupuncturist.

    Took my temps daily to figure out when I was ovulating. If you aren't DTD at the right time it won't happen no matter what else you do!

    I didn't really do anything. We were actively trying. I was using opks and made sure we did it when I got a positive plus dtd just as we wanted aswell which happened to be the morning of my opk without me knowing.

    I did buy pre seed but never used it as it arrived in the mail after o. I also brought vitex but never got to take it as I was waiting for af to start taking it.

    We got utd first try off the pill. Extremely lucky.
