Before all 3 pregnancies I had lost a few kilos(had got below 65kg) and was at my healthiest and fittest.
I used preseed successfully for 2 pregnancies also.

I used a maybe baby, I thought I was just charting for the first month to find out what was happening in my cycle (I had been off contraception for 11 months but we'd been using condoms) first time with NO contraception and bingo. Only recorded my results for 6 days.

I was (well still do) see a naturopath and these were 'prescribed' to help my body function in the best way possible. Most people are zinc deficient these days due to what we have available to eat etc and without selenium zinc isn't absorbed properly. The metazinc is a combination of the two, and zinc is imperative for numerous routine bodily processes. The MetaB Complex was prescribed as it provides the nutrients we most miss out on from our food available, it's not a multi vitamin, a little more specific, but definitely also covers the essentials for pre pregnancy (folate especially). They are not over the counter available and are only available after consultation. Not specifically for 'fertility' but I believe your body being as healthy and thriving as possible certainly aids fertility.

The one I see is $85 for an initial consult (which for me lasted nearly 3 hours, there was LOTS of questions) and there after are $60. My PHI rebates me on this.

The tablets aren't cheap but worth it. I can notice a difference in DH when he is taking his properly (he probably says the same about me, LOL). I know I felt better.

At my naturopaths referral I also saw a Hormone specialist (as my digestive issues and a rash on my face he believed - and appears to be correct - are hormone driven) and from her tests we identified an imbalance between my good and bad testosterone and my good and bad oestrogen. To a GP my hormone levels would have appeared normal as the overall balances were correct, but the balance between the good and bad of each was wrong. I went on a course of natural supplements to correct and after 3 months things improved. I was retested and although not perfect was in far better position. That was all toward the end of last year, the biggest contributor was getting off contraception. I wasn't on anything to assist hormones from november last year. We conceived in June this year and all I was taking was the vitamin/mineral supplements.

It certainly can't hurt. It's hard work finding a good one though. I live in NQ and use one that travels up from Brisbane (although he is actually originally from where I live).
