Default DHEA ... side effeccts?? Positive outcomes or no difference??

    Hi everyone
I started on DHEA two months ago but am curious to know if anyone out there has had any side effects from it, minor or major??
Also does anyone believe it has increased their AMH level and/or help achieve a positive result?? I am aware it ia a controversial drug as I have had one fs against it and one for it.
It is so expensive and I am a single mum on limited income. I am near Brisbane so does anyone know of any cheaper pharamcies that stock it??
    Thanks

P.S please excuse the spelling error in the subject line, wouldn't let me edit it ... grrrrr

    hi

i found i got a really itchy and yucky scalp....but that was easily rectified with a good anti dandruff shampoo used daily...a few more zits...thats about it. i credit DHEA virtually 100% with giving me 2 babies....i really doubt i would have had 2 children without it....my amh after being on it about 2 months was 4.0...second time i dont know what it had dropped to but i got only 3 eggs on both attempts for baby #2. to me it was worth it.....research shows it works for about 1/3 of women, i was lucky.

I am on it. Only 25mg daily as the 75mg was too much for me. I have pcos and got my dhea levels tested when I was on 75mg and my levels skyrocketed so I am down to just 1 tablet which seems to be the right amount for me. 75mg made me feel constantly angry.

You can purchase it online from the USA for about $10-$20 a bottle. Just make sure it's micronised dhea. The one I get is in a purple bottle and purchased it from www.vitasprings.com I used to buy the compounded pharmacy one but felt it was too expensive for a product that I wasn't sure would make a difference.

I credit my babies to dhea I bought from the above mentioned... I also have 12frosties too. The side effects are terrible but worth it. And I used it for the three months.
