    Default Faint lines

I'm not holding my breath for this month as we went for a relax approach and dtd 5 days before O, technically there is a slight chance but it's minimal.
Anyway today there was a slight line on my fr test (12dpo) that appeared within the time frame however is no longer visible.
Has anyone had this then got a bfp? Dr google is telling me different things

I should advise I've had cramping since Saturday 7dpo and spotting 10dpo, I've read this could be implanting and tests can result 2-4 days after
