Wow they have some great stuff and not bad prices!! Quite ikea looking.
How is everyone getting on?? Nette, hope you get some relief from bed rest soon! Do they know what keeps causing the bleeds??? Must be so scarey for you.
Newmummy, how are you getting along??
Afm, I have 5 days to go till the third tri! A few aches and pains occasionally but nothing too bad. I nearly have everything ready, just need to get a single bed in the nursery for me do I don't have to disturb dh all the time.
I have obs on Friday, then anti d jabs at 28 weeks, steroid jabs at 30 weeks then anti d at 32 weeks so I have a run of evil needles over the next few weeks!
Take care everyone

Ill try and send the BP the way of all the people that need it. Mine is going ok at the moment, I average a Drs appointment every week now so I usually leave it to one of the many care team to check the latest status
We went to the Baby and Toddler Show and it was pretty overwhelming. I compare it to a wedding show, lots of discretionary spends and samples but not a great deal of help for me when I needed the basics.
I did however find out the lowdown on re-usable nappies and even my Mum who used the old style when her 3 kids were growing up thinks I should go disposable.
Great tips on the mocka furniture. I had spotted one of the change tables that I liked a few weeks ago so Ill make the most of the discount.
We have purchased our car seat, baby bath, nappy bag and are currently looking out at cots and monitors.
On the later im fairy sure we know what we want just to find the right place to buy in
I visited the Obs this morning and everything looking good, only new thing was that apparently bubs is breech. I have a 28 week scan in 2 weeks so he hoping she would have flipped by then. That probably explains why I havent been kicked in the ribs, she tends to dance on my uterus instead.
Dont think it will be an issue though as it looks like we will have no choice on the c-section due to BP concerns but Im assuming that is the only concern

Vivre hoping bubs turns for u gid they give u exercises to do at home?? my niece was breech and they tried to turn her at 37w my sister said it was so uncomfortable... she ended up having a c section though!
Can't believe we are all nearly at the end of our pregnancy it's gone so fast for me!
Hi Jen I'm doing good how about you?? 16w to go for me getting so excited!! Not nervous at all about giving birth kinda looking forward to the experience really... I'm strange I know lol

Hey there, those of you resting up. Well done on the patience! Thank goodness for cyber world hey? I agree newmummy2b, a credit card is dangerous in moments like those! Good to hear that you're going well Vivre. Hopefully bub will do a spin. We went to the city the other day and did the big shop. Boy, buying for 2 is expensive!! Got our double pram, cots/mattresses, car seats, monitor, change table and carry cocoon things. Fortunately Baby Bunting had a sale on a couple of things I needed and I found a great online price for the pram which they then matched for me. Saved $250 on the pram! Definitely worth looking at www.pramwarehouse.com.au if you want good prices to order things or to get a shop to price match. I still worry about buying everything at this stage, 25 weeks, but it's a 4 hour drive to the city and I'm already pretty big and uncomfortable in the car so it we had to get onto it now. Exciting times!!

Newmummy2b Days are flying by. Our babies will be here before you know it.
NAT256 No you’re not the only one. I am trying everything I can to not get constipated. That is great that everything is on track.
DJ Nette How are you going?
Jen80 Welcome to the third trimester. How was your OB appointment?
Vivre I am checking my BP every day and it seem to be ok. I will be going for disposable. I used disposables for my first 2. I hope you can get your BP under control.
A Big Addiegirl and everyone else. I hope everyone is well.
AFM Found out that all was good with my GTT but found out that my iron levels where low. So more tablets for me to take. Looking forward to my appointment tomorrow. The kids are on school holidays and they will get to see their brother.

Just an update. I had my appointment today and bubs is doing fine. My GTT was good. But I may need to go for another GTT next month as he is measuring above the 95 pertencile line and the OB I saw is a bit concerned. My next appointment will be in 3 weeks time.

Hey samarasmum, glad you passed the test. I have to do it next week. Was your. First bubba big?? I have small babies but I'm 5ft 4 and not that big and dh not that big either! I think genetics will start to have an influence now and we all know some full turmers are 6lb some are 10! I hope it stays good news for you!

Newmummy2b I agree everything should be fine and this baby is jsut going to be a big baby. I didn't have a GTT with my first two so this one is making up for it.
Jen80 My first was 5lb 6oz and my second was 6lb 14oz. I will find out his size in 9 weeks.
A big to everyone. How is everyone going?
