I am. I bought them when bub was in the hospital over summer and I was walking a lot to catch buses (c-section so no driving) and I lost a thong crossing a highway. I want to buy another pair!

    You can be my enabler.

Do it - it's like getting your feet a present! be good to them.

They do have some in pretty colours, although it doesn't entirely disguise it's a huge ugly expensive lump of cork.

Since I've been on leave from work, I have worn them every day. I don't think I can ever return to frivilous shoes after the comfort of birkenstocks.

I am thinking that my next pair might be patterned so the Papilio ones. They are not quite as supportive but I can cope with that.

I can't find the ones I have online, but the Papilio look gorgeous.

I want a matt silver pair of Gizehs.

I had to google them to know what they looked like and they look quite comfy but i love my flats too much to ever buy a pair.

Maybe one day perhaps if i found a pair i really liked though.

I LOVE my birkies. I have 2 pairs, both the same style just different colours. I want a different style now.
They were the only shoe I could fit on my puffed up feet during the last weeks of pregnancy.
Because of my freakishly large feet I can only fit into the mens range but they are rather unisex so that's ok. I do wish I could get a prettier pair though.

Yep - I used to have a pair of black Madrid slip ons. I loved them and wore them to death. I think they got thrown out because they eventually became a bit stinky after so much wear.

I got them at wholesale price at the time because the place I worked for stocked them.

I forgot they existed! I wouldn't mind getting another pair now that you've bought it up

I have a pair but never really wear them, they're a bit ugly. I can't bring myself to throw them away though, probably because they were expensive. One day I should just take them to an op shop.

What is the lower and higher end prices for them? Very curious to know how expensive they are.

I dont own Birkenstocks, but on holiday recently I only took one pair of thongs (forgot to pack anything else). after a couple of days my feet/legs/back were killing me so i bought a pair of crocs thongs. OMG, they are like little pillow clouds for my feet. I loved them so much I bought a second pair in a pretty colour. I don't think I could go back to normal rubber thongs again.
