    Default Spider veins

Has anyone had their spider veins treated??

I have awful spider veins all over my legs, got my first one at age 11!!! I hate them. I'm only 27 and just feel like I've got the legs of an old women. Needless to say I don't get them out much. I was watching embarrassing bodies the other day and they were treating spider veins, it looked so simple and pain free. The woman was having her veins injected, like they were being flushed or something. Not sure what the procedure is called, I didn't get to watch the whole thing but really keen to knowore about it.

    Anyone had this done?
    Painless?
    Cost?
    Is it permanent?

    Thanks

It's called Sclerotherapy - not sure about anything else. I saw the same episode as you.

Sorry i haven't had it done but I am interested as I've had awful spider veins since a teenager, I am now 30, and would really like to get rid of them! Maybe a Hubber who works as a beauty therapist can advise us!
