Default jetlag and a 4 month old

    any advice?

dd had No trouble sleeping overseas at all. she fell into a perfect sleep routine the day we landed. we got home Sunday morning and she is really struggling with the new time zones. we moved forward 11 hours. she screams when I put her in her bassinet and she never used too she won't sleep unless its on me over night and I'm at breaking point because I can't sleep when she's on me for fear of squishing her.

does anyone have any tips at all that will help me transition her back into her sleep routine?
