Had mine out August 2009 fell pregnant May 2010. Mine taken out for bad side effects (doesn't happen to everyone) fell pregnant after 2 1/2 months of dating DP.

I had it in for 10mths and it took 4 months.

Took inplanon out November. Had one AF December and was pregnant by next cycle. I had had it in for about nine months

So many positive stories wish mine was the same! I had Implanon for 8 years (3 rods), I had mine out in June 2012 so we could start ttc. Whilst on Implanon I had no bleeding, ever. It's now nearly 2 years later and I have only just started cycling - although my 'cycles' are at 56days and no ovulation. I've seen a Gyn and had clomid which still didn't help. Feeling very frustrated here!
