I am struggling with morning sickness (currently in the first trimester of my first pregnancy) and have already put on 2 kgs as the nausea only eases when I eat! I am really keen to get active and have joined a Yoga and Pilates studio but would like to enlist the help of a trainer who is experienced with pregnant women. I think it would also help to have their help post birth!
