This is a great site and I would recommend buying her book
Pretty much avoid anything in a packet , processed meats, margarine, ice cream etc and read the labels as just because it says not artificial colours etc does not mean its safe - most natural colours are just as bad!
With dried fruit by organic, sulphate and nitrate free , the nitrates are known causes of irritability ( same with deli meats , sausages etc)
Plus anything that says yeast extract , is really another word for MSG ( Vegemite is an example)

Unfortunately we stopped bfing about 4 months ago, otherwise that would probably be my solution!!
