I wanted a Liam if my first had been a boy. Was my grandfathers name so thought I'd use that. Had a girl so never got to use it. In a way I'm glad I didn't as every 2nd boy I come across now is called Liam. Lovely name, but well used.

I've heard the name Tristan before but have never come across one. I like it!

I didn't think Liam was that common but maybe I was wrong! My DD is Rhiannon so it's different but not wierd. I want something the same for next bub...I have never known any Tristan's!

Liam is short for William which has been the top name for the last few years. I dislike Liam only by association. Tristan reminds me of legends of the fall
