    Default Breakfast smoothie

    Ok so just wanted your opinion and what I could do to make this better....
    My DD (almost 4) loves me making breakfast smoothies, which is great because I love making and drinking them too. We put 1 cup of oats, 2 handfuls of berries, 1 1/2 banana, a trickle of honey, kiddies tub of yogurt and some milk. I would love to add some more things to make it even healthier.... What can I add? I thought about flax seed, and adding more fruit. But what else could I add??

    I add physillium husk to our smoothies. I also add in protein powder to my portion. I love breakfast smoothies!!!

    LSA mix or chia seeds is what we add plus I have a magnesium/vitamin C powder my naturopath gave me to put in for an extra boost!
    I've also put baby spinach leaves in or raw cacao powder

    I put baby spinach, grated carrot and zucchini, banana, strawberries or watermelon yoghurt and milk in DDs. She loves them!

    I add egg white from a carton in mine. Cant even taste it.

    Frozen blueberries we have them everyday but I have to blend them forever because if DS finds a lump it's all over rover!! Haha
