    Default Seeking suggestions urgently

My dd is 22 months, she appears to have a tummy bug, threw up her yoghurt and morning bottle.
Looking for suggestions on what I can try and feed her that she should keep down as she is hungry and looking for food :-(

    Normally she scoffs everything!

Bland starchy food like toast, rice cakes, crackers etc and give her lots of water , I think they say to avoid fat foods until she's better ( dairy, nuts, meat)

I agree with Elijah's mum.. Also hydralite ice blocks are great for preventing dehydration

She didn't want any toast or crackers or rice crackers :-(
Spoke to my mum and she's suggested for lunch, rice with grated apple.

BRAT diet - bananas, rice, apple purée, toast. And agree with the hydralyte. Sometimes the docs say its ok to fast for 24 hrs or so until food can be kept down, as long as fluid are staying down

    Thanks everyone for the suggestions!
She's doing well now, lots of water from the jug, ate all the rice with apple for lunch and even went back for the rice crackers!
Hoping to get her down for a nap soon :-)
