    Hun I don't know if there's a group to join so much as just an area of the forum to post in, like you just have. I could be wrong. Perhaps share your story or ask something? There's not much to go on in your first post. Good luck

    Hugs to you OP , I had trauma for 2 years after my first son. It was a daily struggle for me. It took me another labour of ds2 to feel better mentally . Just wanted to send you hugs and tell you your not alone xxxx

    It's not easy, I've held mine in for years but it's a number of traumatic births. Hugs and I hope you're doing well xo

    OP I notice you are in VIC? There is an organisation called HELD that specialises in birth trauma support and counselling. You should find them on Google.
