    Default what's for lunch?

Do you often find it hard to find something healthy/substantial for YOUR lunch? or do you eat what your kids are having or eat their leftovers?
If i have some fresh bread and/or a tomato im set.
DD has her nap during the time im ready for lunch.
I avoid having to go out to get things for lunch. We meal plan, so always have food at home, just have to have a think lol
Today i made some brushetta with left over dinner bread, my last tomato and a bit of red onion i found. Grilled the bread, rubbed with garlic and olive oil then drizled with balsamic mmmmm was goooood.

What do you do for your lunches?

I always save some food from dinner the night before. And usually get to eat it hot if both girls nap together.

I bag small bags of meat when I go shopping so every morning grab one out and cook up my meat and salad whilst the girls are eating there own lunch. This is the only way I can stay healthy

Avocado on crackers with a bit of salt & pepper is a good option as well

Often a toasted cheese and tomato sandwich, or 2 minute noodles, maybe toast with avocado.

I've never been good at planning lunch for myself.

I usually have noodles or a sandwich or sometimes just a Choc bar if there's nothing I feel like or nothing much to eat .
