I felt sick for the first few months of taking it. How many tablets are you taking? I was supposed to take 3 a day, one with each meal. I kept get the bad runs. I then changed it to 2 at lunch & 1 at dinner. This worked best for me as I think by lunch I'd have more food in my stomach compared to breakfast. I have pcos & IR which is why I take it.
