Turning negatives into positives.... that is my motto of day.
I had a bit of sleep (Danny only fed 5 times last night ) so I can see the bright side of life again. I gained back my loss from earlier in the week. I have decide that it must be muscle gain. After all I went from sitting on my big fat bum all day to doing a hour of Zumba day. I am feeling healthier and fitter so it must be some muscle. My clothes are looser than the were last week. I have lost cm's of my waist and more importantly my hips. Zumba is reshaping me for the better. I am getting better at the steps everyday and I even was able to jump today. I know that sounds pathetic but for a woman who hasn't jumped in 15 years it is a big deal. Thank you, Thank you there not enough words to say thank you for giving me back my jump. Oh and I finally mastered the knee/pelvic trust move today. YAY chucking a over that one.
My milk is back so I still need to find the right balance and I am closer to that today than I was yesterday.

I am so proud of you! Don't get too caught up in the numbers because if you just keep doing what you're doing, this will work. It has to.

All of these changes that we are making are positive. We are more aware of eating better and moving better. Also remember, there is a lot more life for us to live beyond the 8 weeks of this challenge - we are laying foundations at them moment.
