Default Week 2: Check in time

This morning i did Exhilarate and yes, it was definitely easier the second time around. I didnt get as confused and i even managed to get the Tango steps working... sort of, lol

Here are my check-in details for today:

    Start weight: 155.3
    Current Weight: 151.6
    Current BMI: 42.9
    Hips: 151cm
    Waist: 125cm
    Chest: 131cm
    Arm (L): 46cm
    Thigh (L): 83cm
    Total cms: 536cm
So that is a loss of only 0.6kg but a loss of 9 centimetres!
I had a big weight loss last week so with a big loss in centimetres this week, hopefully i will be in for a weight drop again next week.

I am getting used to having slightly sore muscles most of the time. Not sore like i have overdone it, but sore like i know i have used them! Especially my arms and my core muscles.

Going to do some boxing with hubby tonight which should be fun!

That's a fantastic loss in centimetres, purple! I've noticed that I'm holding my tummy in more now just naturally, I guess because I've been working them! Who knew I had a "core"?

Default Week 2: Check in time

I did a Zumba class this morning! The instructor I used to do classes with at the gym has started running her own classes. So much fun! I love the DVDs but I love Zumba even more in a group!

That's awesome, purple! I should go to a Zumba class at my gym, maybe at the end of the 8 weeks I'll brave it!
