Well day 7 was a day of total exhaustion for me. I had 2 hours sleep, yes a whole 2 hours of broken sleep. You got to love being a mum of a teenager and a baby (+a few more). My sons decided that we shouldn't sleep. The teenager just couldn't drop off to sleep so I was up with him up until 1am and when he finally got off to sleep the baby woke up decided it was feed and play time.
I still manage to get my Zumba Exhilarate workout done. I think I will go back to Activate tomorrow as today I was totally lost at times. I don't have the fitness yet for that much jumping/bounce. I did make it through, I just felt like I wasn't able to keep up with the bounce, if you know what I mean.
Tomorrow my niece is coming over to zumba with me. So that will be a laugh a minute.
My eys are starting to need toothpicks to hold them open. So I will say Good night all.
