Default IPHONE apps to remind you to take Medications

    Hey
I have been meaning to post this for a while but havent logged on much then this morning something on FB reminded me about it

There are iphone apps that can remind you to take much needed medications on time you can set alarms and then check them off when you have taken then, it is really handy for seizure medications and other very important meds.

There is also onesto track blood glucose levels and remind you when they need taking.

With all this technology its fantastic there is no reason to every forget.

I have always used a med chart for DD like in hospital but now i track it all on my phone for DD its fabulous, I still use my med charts as well when we are at home but its good to have alarm as well

OMG that is a FANTASTIC idea. I find the idea of people forgetting to take medication to be very scary, especially if it is needed for medical issues that could be dangerous to them or put others in a dangerous or life threatening situation.

One of my relatives is on very strict, timed medication and uses this. He's always beeping throughout the day to remind him.
    Awesome idea.
