Default natural labour for breech bub?

Can you still go into natural spontaneous labour if your bub is breech? Has this happened to anyone?
I realise hospitals and dr's have their policies and what not on birthing breech babies. I just want to know if the body will go into labour even tho baby is not in prefered birthing position??

Yes your body can still labour, my Mum birthed me as a footling breech.

Correct me if I'm wrong but are you trying for a VBAC? Might have you mixed up sorry! But if so it's highly unlikely you would be able to have a natural birth if bub isn't positioned correctly.

Yes you can. I believe it's very hard to get a hospital to agree to a natural breech birth though.

I have a family friend who birthed her breech baby naturally with spontaneous rupturing

Yes i am aiming for a VBAC but also keeping my options open. This might sound weird but all i want this time is for my body to fall into labour naturally. Im happy to birth bub whatever way will be safest for the both of us
Im pretty sure i will be booked in for cs if it turns out bub is breech at my next Ob appt. bummer.

I also went into labour at 38 weeks with my breech bub. I had a planned Cesearean booked in at 39 weeks but bub decided she wanted to come earlier and I ended up having an emergency ceasearan.
