I think Thursdays will be my rest days. I had a huge day at work today trying to finish our annual report and get it off to the printers and went to the supermarket for our fortnightly shop and need some time with my little girl. I feel like a total cop out not Zumba-ing and am silently beating myself up for it because I know that we are all busy. Just so broken tonight though.
One a more positive note, I drank lots of water at work today, and managed to resist the temptation of the raspberry jam shortbread biscuits that were in the biscuit container in the kitchen at work all day. Also, managed not to crumble and walk to the shop for the chocolate energy boost that I kept telling myself I just needed to keep going on laying out this stupid report, particularly when our marketing person said that dirty "c" word (no, not the 4 letter one, the 9 letter one) a dozen times if she said it once.
The good thing about grocery shopping tonight is my husband was there kid wrangle and I don't have to do it tomorror, so more time to Zumba when I am refreshed .

It took me so long to figure out what C word you meant ROFL!
The next time you think about eating that stuff, think of my friend Cat. We started a bet on the 25th of June that she couldn't eat chocolate until I drank a Pepsi Max...now my part is easy, I can drink Pepsi or Coke Zero if I really want to, just not Pepsi Max...but she hasn't had anything with chocolate in it at all for four months!!! My point is...we can obviously survive without it, she's living proof!
