Loving my Zumba but boy I am sooo Tired, not sure if it the exercise or child who never sleeps.
I did the Activate workout this morning and did better than yesterday but I still have a long way to go.
I would have done another a workout tonight but I have a house guest that is making it impossible.

DO you know they say an apple is better at waking you up and refreshing you than coffee?
I really don't know how you are doing it with a waking baby- I was like the walking dead when I wasn't getting a full nights rest! Even now, I had L come into me last night saying he had a bad dream, so I let him to go back to sleep in my bed and then put him back in his own (he woke 10 minutes later calling for me, so I went back in for another 10 minutes to comfort him)... I'm wrecked! So tired!
You must have a lot of strength and energy and sheer determination!!
