    Hi ladies!

Does anyone have a nap-time routine and what do you do?

    Default Nap-Time Routine

My DS has just turned 2 and has had the same bedtime routine for day naps and sleeps since he was tiny.
He has a dummy, a blanket and wears a sleeping bag all for his bed time ques. We say nigh, nighs to objects (ie, nigh, nighs cars) as we put him in his sleeping bag shut his blind together and put him in his cot.

    Thank you for your reply!

    She is 7.5 months.

That's a nice routine you have.

I do have a bed time routine: bath, clean nappy, pjs, read a few books, nursing, turn off the lights, put soft music on, sleep. But for naps I just close the blinds and put soft music on.

I really believe that consistency is the key.
Very soon he will be moving into his big boy bed and I'm scared because he is so easy on his cot. But I'm going to be consistent with a routine for that as well.

    Default Nap-Time Routine

Yes we have a nap time routine if going to bed at home. But if she falls asleep in the car/pram we just transfer her.

Nap routine is a wash all over with a wet cloth, wee on loo, get into day jammies (knickers and singelet) and then wrapped up in a folded sheet. Then cuddle before she drops off.
