    Measurements

    Just to keep make it easy to see my progress throughout the challenge, I've decided to keep my measurements in this thread. I am not really documenting my weight, as I am more interested in the decrease of my size, change of my body shape and my overall health and fitness.

    Mini Weekly Goals

    Monday the 29th of October: This week I would like to get my waist measurement under 100cm {DONE}

    Monday the 5th of November: Drink at least 2 litres of water everyday, have breakfast everyday and be sugar free for at least 3 days of the week

    Pssssst, I'm totally stealing the numbering blogs idea. That makes good sense considering people can bump posts and it would get confusing.
