    Any Enid blyton books, Roald Dahl books like Georges marvelous medicine. The magic pudding. The Narnia books.

    My favourites as a kid were snuggle pot & cuddle pie, the muddle headed wombat which I have now passed onto my ds. I also remember loving Clifford the big red dog collection I have tried looking for these for ds but haven't found any as yet.
    Also luv the idea of the dr seuss book.

    oh oh...the Meg and Mog Collection...i got it the other day for $20 for 10 books and I cannot wait to read them to DD
