Default impact of inducement on baby sleeping/eating

I have been told babies that were induced are more likely to have sleeping and eating issues. i.e are difficult babies - is there a trend?

Default impact of inducement on baby sleeping/eating

I was induced with my dd who is 20 months now. She wasn't a difficult baby at all. She was a very happy and content baby.

I've been induced twice and I don't believe there was any impact of either of my babies.

    Not true thankfully.

I was induced with both of mine and my dd in particular was a wonderful sleeper as a little baby. I don't think induction makes any difference at all.

I have three children , only one induced and led to awful forceps delivery . My child had terrible sleep issues for first 18 months , awake every hour or so and then staying awake for hrs .... Could be coincidence though .

Default impact of inducement on baby sleeping/eating

My second was induced (prostin gel) at times I was scared that he was eating to much, and from 3mths has been sleeping at night from 8pm to 7am, day naps are 4hrs.

So I'd say that that's not always the case!

Default impact of inducement on baby sleeping/eating

I was induced and no issues with sleeping or food here. Slept through since about 2 months, eats whatever I give her.

First bub is on the way (actually she is now a day past 40weeks) and can't say I'm the most relaxed I've ever been!

Thanks ladies - that's very reassuring.

My induced baby was a dream compared to the one that wasn't

Default impact of inducement on baby sleeping/eating

I have had 1 inducement and 2 natural labours.
I would say my first, the inducement, was my best sleeper and they were all fantastic feeders. If anything my first was my only one born during the day and not in the middle of the night and she was much easier to get into the day/ night pattern. The other 2 had it the wrong way around for longer.
