    Thank FL I hope it does too. It's a really good price (even dh is willing to settle for a single garage) considering most of the other houses are soooo expensive (and bigger. The one we have our eye on is just 17sq).

    Do you think it matters that it's right opposite the main park? I figure it's a good quiet area, so it should be ok at night. If it was anywhere else I might be more worried.
