What causes twinges in one side at about 7 dpo? I get them most months.

I get them too and also always think it's implantation! Sometimes it's an almighty stab and other times just twinges.

It is most likely corpus luteum-related pain. If you don't conceive, the corpus luteum shrivels at about 7-8DPO, and if you do conceive, it starts to enlarge about then. So...unfortunately not a helpful predictor.

The first month I got them I thought implantation. Now i just see them as a sign that AF is going to come. At least there is a chance that she isn't going to.

I got them in the month I fell but the difference was it swapped sides all the time rather than one side. Don't know if that helps either lol

So I am pretty excited - today is CD 28 and I think I am finally ovulating this weekend!!!! Getting stronger lines on the OPKS's, so I am making sure we will DTD heaps over the next few days! woot

Honestly didn't think I would ever get to see the darker line appear and it seems to align with the last month being 43 days, so I did predict that this weekend would be the big O weekend

Nic - how did you go?

Fx this will be your month!!!

AFM - I stood strong and didn't test. Have had a few twinges that could be AF coming so figured it was a waste of time. Still haven't got the usual backache that I get before AF though so I guess I can't rule myself out but not feeling very positive at all. We will see what happens tmrw.
